Novari is a platform that allows users to create and share pound-for-pound fighter rankings across combat sports organizations and divisions. The Service includes features such as weekly voting windows, expertise tracking, community groups, and leaderboards.

- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Novari or its licensors. You retain ownership of ranking submissions you create but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your submissions within the Service. Fighter names, images, and related content may be subject to third-party rights and are used under applicable fair use or licensing provisions.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Rankings and expertise scores are based on community submissions and algorithmic calculations and should not be relied upon as authoritative assessments of fighter ability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novari and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
