You retain ownership of submissions you create but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your submissions within the Service. Fighter names, images, and related content may be subject to third-party rights and are used under applicable fair use or licensing provisions.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Consensus outputs and expertise scores are based on community submissions and algorithmic calculations and should not be relied upon as authoritative assessments of any athlete, team, or subject.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novari and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.
